Description

Our SEPP'Manufaktur® - Kaminwurzen with venison are made from pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal) and venison (wild game).

Venison Kaminwurzen have long been recognized as a South Tyrolean specialty, as they are smoked raw and ripen for several weeks. The leaner venison is considered a delicacy.

Serving suggestion

As a classic Brettlmarende (snack platter) with cheese, bread and gherkins, or for a picnic while hiking with mountain views.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Pork (Vulkanlandschwein / AMA quality seal)*, venison (wild game), salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural flavors, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite.
For 100g of finished product, 138g of pork and 39g of venison were used.
